Wine of the Week: Willm Reserve Pinot Blanc 2016

Featuring a straw color, this fresh wine expresses orchard fruits such as green apples and pears on the nose with a hint of lemon curd. Those flavors are carried through to the palate and coat the mouth in clean, pleasant layers. This is a dry, medium-bodied wine with enough acid and structure to stand up to roasted white meats and sausages, and will also complement grilled seafood, and pasta dishes featuring green vegetables (think broccoli rabe!) and white, garlic sauces.
