This bright, aromatic Gewurztraminer from Pierre Sparr in Alsace elevates turkey, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie and other sweet or spicy dishes for the Thanksgiving holidays. Classic aromas of lychee, roses, spice and white flowers are followed on the palate, with ripe and juicy stone fruit (apricot and peach), and a slight hint of honey, all backed by excellent minerality.
