Alsace Rocks New York City
May 25, 2018
Wines of Alsace will celebrate the best of this northeastern French region with a month-long campaign entitled Alsace Rocks, taking place in New York City throughout June. The program highlights the region’s high quality yet incredibly affordable wines, the 13 distinct terroirs they come from and the passionate people who make them.
Consumers will have the opportunity to learn about (and of course sip) different Alsace wines— from the aromatic and juicy to the dry and crisp—at retail promotions, pop-ups and more.
Attend free tastings at NYC’s top retail stores, kicking off at Nolita Wine Merchants on June 1st (6-8PM) and hitting other stores including Bottlerocket (6/7, 5-8 PM), Flatiron Wines & Spirits (6/22, 5-8 PM) and Frankly Wines, (6/28, 6-8 PM).
Enjoy an exclusive Alsace pairing for $29 at the Michelin-starred Gabriel Kreuther from June 20th-30th. The chef, who is a native of Alsace, will be serving traditional tarte flambées and liverwurst with glass of Crémant d'Alsace or Pinot Blanc in celebration of Alsace Rocks.
Other restaurants that will be celebrating with us include Air’s Champagne Parlor and La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels, among others.
