Baked Camembert with Figs
- 1 small wheel of Camembert cheese
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 1 fig, cut into thin slices lengthwise
- 1/4 cup of pistachios, coarsely chopped
- Crusty bread or crackers, for serving
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Place the wheel of camembert in a baking dish and top with thyme, fig and pistachios and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with bread or crackers.
